The Power of Art in Education: Motivational Posters for Children in the Classroom
My thesis is the creation of 6 seventies-inspired motivational posters for the everyday classroom. The goal is to enhance students' self-esteem, academic performance, and overall well-being. The 1970s was a time of cultural and social change, characterized by a focus on individualism, creativity, and positive thinking. By combining the bright-colored aesthetics of the 70s with motivational messages tailored to the needs and interests of students, these posters can serve as powerful tools for educators to foster a positive learning environment and promote a growth mindset among their pupils. I want to leave the world a happier place than when I was in it. My legacy lies in my art and the people I inspire through it.
