Martin and Louise 

Martin and Louise is a short animated film about two people who get into a fight. The concept behind the film was an attempt to humanize American icons that represented the perfect family.The film came from a desire to work with multiple different animation mediums, often relying on mediums that require physical construction, such as stop motion and paper animation. The film was made with the help of many collaborators, which emphasizes the film's unique and eclectic visual style.

Bio

David Nicholson is an animator who resides in Portland, Maine. He creates work that seeks to show appreciation from the simple and mundane facets of life. This is often succeeded by combining elements from different forms of animation, such as 3D Digital, traditional 2D, and cut-paper animation.
